FREE Project Closing Conference at Amman  

FREE project has organized the closing conference of the Female Academic Role Model Empowerment, Equality and Sustainability at Universities in Mediterranean Region: towards 2030 Agenda – FREE, which was hosted by Princess Sumaya University for Technology and the University of Petra in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Under the patronage of HE Dr. Haifa Al-Najjar, Minister of Culture of Jordan, the closing conference was opened in the presence of Arab and European academics, heads of Arab and international universities, and representatives of partner universities in the project.

Project EU and SMR partners delivered several interactive sessions in the framework of introducing the project’s achievements, with regard to FREE project Female Academic Role Models, FREE project and Civil society, FREE project and Gender national policies, the Center for Equality and Sustainability, and Academic Networking.
