AUB Remarkable Participation at RISE Conference As part of FREE activities to empower women and coinciding with AUB’s Co-Ed Centennial celebration, Dr. Rida Elias chaired a workshop discussing challenges and barriers facing females in academia and proposed ways to overcome them. The workshop was part of RISE conference at USJ sponsored by the MC Division at AOM. Female academics from multiple universities in Lebanon and USA participated in the workshop. It was an amazing very fruitful workshop. Thank you to all those who attended and contributed.

RISE Conference 2021 ! Through FREE project, AUB/OSB researchers are sponsoring a track in the RISE conference titled: WOMEN, GENDER, AND INCLUSIVITY IN DECISION-MAKING. AUB is committed to promoting gender diversity and gender equity and amongst its multiple initiatives to achieve gender justice in Lebanon and the area, AUB researchers are collaborating with researchers from USJ and other universities in promoting awareness about this topic through the RISE conference.
