AUB Remarkable Participation at RISE Conference As part of FREE activities to empower women and coinciding with AUB’s Co-Ed Centennial celebration, Dr. Rida Elias chaired a workshop discussing challenges and barriers facing females in academia and proposed ways to overcome them. The workshop was part of RISE conference at USJ sponsored by the MC Division at AOM. Female academics from multiple universities in Lebanon and USA participated in the workshop. It was an amazing very fruitful workshop. Thank you to all those who attended and contributed.
